This aperitif is made from a maceration of myrtle berries harvested on the estate, crafted on a base of red-vinified Sciaccarellu. It reveals the full aromatic richness of this emblematic Corsican fruit, with intense notes that are both wild and elegant. Generous and indulgent, it is best enjoyed slightly chilled as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with chocolate or fruit-based desserts
