CEDRAT-BASED APERITIF
This aperitif is crafted from delicately macerated Corsican cedrat zest, blended with a base of Vermentinu obtained from direct pressing. Aged on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks, it reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity, combining the vibrant freshness of citron with the elegance of the grape variety. Refined and refreshing, it is best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif, and can also pair gracefully with desserts.
