Harvest : Vendanges mécaniques matinales

Winemaking : Maceration on their skins for 6-8 hours in the press. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at between 12 and 16°C.

Maturation: On its lees for 5 months in stainless steel tank

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: : 10/12° C

Pure and clear with hints of green. The nose is highly expressive with notes of grapefruit, tomato leaf and white peach. The palate is slightly saline with good texture.
