Grape varieties : 60% Sciaccarellu, 20% Niellucciu, 10% Syrah, 10% Minustellu

Soil : Arènes Monzogranitiques

Harvest : Vendanges manuelles et mécaniques

Winemaking : Cold soak for 3 days. Pump-over and rack and return. The wine is kept in tank on its pomace for 6 months

Maturation : Élevage de 5 mois en cuve béton

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 14-16°C

 

Bright with ruby highlights. The fruity nose (plum, raspberry, black cherry) is lifted by a touch of smoke and grilled almonds. On the palate it is full and rich with chalky tannins and hints of cigar tobacco on the finish.
