Grape varieties : 60% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu, 10% Syrah

Soil: Clay schist terraces

Harvest: Machine harvesting in the morning

Winemaking: Cold soak for 3 days. Fermentation for 15-20 days

Maturation: Maturation for 6 months in concrete tanks

Serve: 16-18°C

The wine is deep garnet in colour. The nose is highly expressive with notes of blueberry and peppermint. On the palate it is light and fresh.
