Grape varieties : 60% Niellucciu, 35% Sciaccarellu, 5% Cinsault

Soil: Clay schist terraces

Harvest: Machine harvesting in the morning

Winemaking: Direct pressing. Cold fermentation (between 12 and 16°C)

Maturation: Maturation on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks

Serve: 10-12° C


Pale in colour with hints of peach skin. On the nose it is highly expressive with aromas of grenadine and immortal flowers, the whole fresh and balanced.
