Winemaking: Direct pressing followed by cold stabilization. Cold fermentation (12 to 16°C)

Maturation: Maturation on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks

Serve: 10-12° C


Pale in colour with hints of lemon. The nose is fresh with undertones of verbena and peach. On the palate it is refreshing with good acidity.
