Winemaking: Maceration on the skins before pressing. Some single plot Vermentinu is fermented in new oak

Maturation: matured for 8 months in new oak barrels

Serve: 12/14° C


Yellow gold in colour. The nose has notes of chestnut, gun flint, juniper and apricot. On the palate, it is rich and complex but has nice tension.
