Harvest: Harvesting by hand

Winemaking and Maturation: The Vermentinu is vinified and matured in sandstone jars (33%), 500l new oak barrels (34%) and stainless steel (33%) for 9 months before the wine is blended. Partial malolactic fermentation

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 12-14°C

 

Golden in colour. The nose is complex with notes of caramel, vine peaches and apricot. On the palate it is full and fresh.
