Soil: Ancient clay-loam alluvial soils

Harvest: Harvesting by hand

Winemaking: Cold soak for 72 hours. Gentle extraction and kept in tank for 2 months on its pomace

Maturation: Maturation for 12 months in 500l one to 5-year-old oak barrels

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 16-18°C

The nose displays notes of blackcurrant coulis, liquorice, cold tobacco, and spiced notes of immortal flowers and undergrowth. The palate is full with prominent yet smooth tannins.
