Harvest: Machine harvesting in the morning

Winemaking: Maceration on its skins after pressing. Fermentation in oak barrels

Maturation: Maturation for 12 months in 500l new oak barrels

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 12-14°C

 

Pure and clear with hints of straw. The nose is intense with aromas of pepper, ground hazelnuts and dried apricots. On the palate, the attack is fresh and full of energy. The finish is big and buttery.
