Harvest: Harvesting by hand

Winemaking: Cold soak. Cold fermentation between 12 and 16°C

Maturation: Maturation for 2 months in oak barrel

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 12-14°C

 

Yellow in colour with hints of gold. The nose is elegant and complex, with floral and white flower notes. On the palate, it is full and round.
