Grape varieties : 60% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu, 10% Cinsault

Soil : Arènes Monzogranitiques

Harvest : Vendanges mécaniques matinales

Winemaking : Direct pressing. Cold fermentation between 12 and 16°C.

Maturation : Maturation on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel tank

Certification: Certified organic by ECOCERT

Serve: 10-12°C

Pale in colour with hints of mango. The nose is bursting with aromas of raspberry and thiols (hedgerow and grapefruit). There is good texture on the palate and a fresh finish. .
